Job summary

Neuroscale AI is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to define the quality assurance strategy for their AI recruiting platform. This hands-on role involves auditing QA practices, validating AI workflows, and establishing an automated testing framework.

The ideal candidate has a solid background in QA, a penchant for automation, and a strong understanding of backend technologies. This position offers hybrid flexibility while being centered around Northern VA / DC area collaboration.

Qualifications

• Experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Engineering, or related roles.
• Strong manual QA skills including exploratory testing and edge-case discovery.
• Hands-on automated testing experience with Cypress or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Build the Quality Strategy and QA Operating System.
• Own product QA for ARBI and Athena.
• Build and modernize test automation.
