Job summary

Publix Super Markets is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join Publix Technology in Lakeland, FL, adopting a hybrid work model. You will lead end-to-end testing for warehouse management systems across multiple distribution centers, ensuring high-quality configurations and integration with host systems.

You will design acceptance criteria, write and execute manual and automated tests, and partner with developers, vendors, and QA peers to drive quality throughout configuration,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, or related analytical field or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of software testing and quality assurance experience.
• 4+ years writing and executing manual and automated test cases for websites and applications.
• 4+ years developing testing frameworks and scripts using C#, Python.
• 3+ years writing SQL queries and performing database validations.
• 2+ years as a gate keeper providing test results and recommendations.
• Experience mentoring QA Engineers on best practices and test automation.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end testing for modern warehouse management solutions.
• Establish and implement QA processes and testing strategies.
• Embed QA throughout the delivery lifecycle from design to implementation.
• Collaborate with functional, development, integration, and vendor teams for testing.
• Create and manage test cases, sets, and scripts using Azure DevOps.
• Execute manual and automated tests validating warehouse workflows.
• Build and maintain automation frameworks for regression and integration testing.
