Job summary

CD PROJEKT RED is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to help build scalable automation for multiple Unreal Engine projects. You will join the QA Engineering team within Shared Development Services (SDS) and contribute to automation frameworks, testing infrastructure, and cross-project quality practices.

You will collaborate with diverse teams, improve testability, and mentor junior engineers while supporting CI/CD pipelines and shared tooling across platforms.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in QA engineering, test automation, or software testing.
• Strong C++ experience within Unreal Engine environments.
• Experience with automated testing, tooling, and testing infrastructure.
• Proven ability to design and maintain automated test frameworks.
• Experience with CI/CD and debugging across complex systems.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with engineering and SDS teams to deploy automated testing solutions.
• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for Unreal Engine.
• Support migration and validation of shared automation across projects.
• Investigate and resolve issues in CI/CD pipelines and test environments.
• Participate in code reviews and enforce high engineering standards.
• Improve testability, reliability, and scalability of shared systems.
• Mentor junior and mid-level QA engineers and share knowledge.
