As a Senior QA Engineer supporting Talento on a remote basis, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of software quality assurance, automated test framework architecture, defect lifecycle management, and production readiness validation. Your day-to-day responsibilities include designing, developing, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test plans, test cases, and automated test scripts for complex web applications and REST/SOAP APIs, performing rigorous functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing across distributed architectures, conducting SQL database testing and data validation to ensure absolute integrity, evaluating authentication and authorization protocols including OAuth, SAML, and OpenID Connect, performing security risk assessments in alignment with the OWASP Top 10 vulnerabilities, collaborating closely with cross-functional software engineers, product managers, and DevOps squads in Agile/Scrum environments, managing defects, tracking resolution lifecycles, and validating production readiness prior to deployment, and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation of test frameworks and QA metrics.
