Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an engineering field.
• 5+ years in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing quality.
• Knowledge of FMEA, control plans, risk assessments, SPC/CPK, and 8D/5-Whys.
• Experience with customer audits and customer-facing quality roles.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve procedures, control plans, FMEAs, and risk assessments.
• Ensure fab compliance with internal procedures, customer requirements, and ISO/IATF standards; support audits and drive corrective actions.
• Lead SPC/CPK monitoring and process performance improvements.
• Analyze trends using statistical tools and escalate systemic risks.
• Lead 8D/RCA investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
• Support technology transfers and reliability validation for new technologies.
• Act as QA focal point for key customers; support audits and escalations.
