Job summary

Premier Global Engineering and Construction Firm is seeking a Construction Project Quality Manager to lead QA/QC for high-stakes semiconductor mega-fab projects, directing quality across UPW piping and EIC systems.

The role demands 7+ years in construction QA/QC with semiconductor experience, deep knowledge of ASME B31.3, SEMI, NEC, and a proven ability to implement QMPs and ITPs across pre-construction to turnover.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in Construction QA/QC or Quality Management
• At least 3 years in semiconductor/high-tech fab/cleanroom projects
• Strong knowledge of high-purity piping systems
• Experience with QA/QC governance, ITPs, and QMPs
• Proven leadership of multi-disciplinary quality teams

Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end QA/QC for mechanical and electrical scopes
• Develop and enforce Quality Management Plans (QMP) and ITPs
• Ensure compliance with ASME B31.3, SEMI, and NEC
• Manage subcontractor audits and ensure client spec alignment
• Lead pre-commissioning turnover and high-purity handoffs
• Oversee NDE/NDT processes and weld integrity
