Job summary

Robusta Technology Group (RTG) is seeking a Senior QA Engineer with strong hands-on Salesforce experience for a 3-month remote contract. You will ensure quality and reliability of Salesforce-based solutions, collaborating with developers, Salesforce teams, product owners, and stakeholders to drive manual and automated testing efforts.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive QA/QC experience, with 2+ years in a Senior/Lead role.
• Hands-on Salesforce testing across multiple types (functional, integration, regression).
• Proven experience with both manual and automated testing.
• Designing test plans, cases, scenarios, and regression suites.
• Lead QA activities in Agile or hybrid environments.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce configurations and integrations.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QA across the Salesforce lifecycle.
• Design, develop, and execute test cases and scenarios for Salesforce apps.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, system, and end-to-end testing.
• Develop and maintain automated Salesforce test suites.
• Validate configurations, customizations, and integrations against requirements.
• Review requirements for testability and completeness.
• Identify, document, and track defects through resolution.
• Test Salesforce integrations with external systems and data flow.
• Conduct post-release testing to ensure stability and quality.
• Support UAT and validate business requirements before release.
• Contribute to QA processes, strategies, and automation coverage.
• Suggest enhancements based on usability and quality.
