BUGENDAITECH US LLC is seeking a Salesforce QA/CRT professional to join our US team. You will validate requirements, embed QA into CI/CD via Copado, and implement CRT for regression testing across environments.

Responsibilities include creating test plans, collaborating with developers and analysts, and ensuring release quality while adhering to Salesforce best practices in a remote US setting.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Copado CI/CD and CRT automation and user story management.
• Strong understanding of release governance and environment management.
• Ability to design and execute test strategies for enterprise Salesforce implementations.
• Proven experience in Salesforce QA methodologies, test planning, and defect lifecycle management.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development environments and sprint-based release cycles.
• Salesforce Administrator or Copado certification is a plus.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Salesforce QA: Validate business requirements and system functionality.
• Copado Integration: Embed QA into CI/CD pipelines for automated testing during deployments.
• Automation: Implement Copado Robotic Testing (CRT) to streamline regression and functional testing.
• Release Quality: Ensure changes are validated before moving across environments.
• Collaborate with developers and business analysts to identify, document, and resolve defects.
• Documentation: Create and maintain QA documentation including test plans, test scripts, and defect reports.
• Compliance: Ensure compliance with Salesforce best practices and organizational change management standards
