Plus One Robotics seeks a Senior QA Engineer to ensure robotics software and hardware meet the highest standards. You will test on Linux-based IPCs, build automated suites, analyze logs, and validate end-to-end robot cell operations. Collaboration with developers, product owners, and customers is key.

This is a senior role, not entry level. You'll lead testing strategies, author comprehensive test plans, and integrate automation into CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• 5+ years in QA or test engineering, majority software testing.
• 2+ years developing software test automation.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement testing strategies for new and existing products across functional, regression, integration, performance, and stability testing.
• Create detailed test plans, test cases, and documentation from requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites; integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines; perform manual tests when needed.
• Build internal tools to optimize QA workflows, test data collection, and log analysis.
• Install, deploy, and configure software on Linux-based IPCs; read logs to isolate failures; provide actionable findings to developers.
