Job summary

Resolve Tech Solutions Inc. in Irving, TX is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to help ensure the quality of our retail platforms across global regions. The role focuses on manual and automated testing, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver reliable software.

You will design test cases for mobile, web, and backend services, implement automation in CI/CD pipelines, and drive QA best practices across projects. Onsite role with US-based immigration support where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in CS, Engineering, IS, or related field.
• 7–10 years of Quality Engineering experience, retail preferred.
• Experience testing globally deployed apps across regions and languages.
• Hands-on with manual and automated testing tools (Selenium, Cypress, Appium).

Responsibilities

• Partner with developers, PMs, and stakeholders to capture requirements.
• Drive roadmap execution and manage priority changes.
• Verify and validate issues in new and existing applications.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and planning.
• Design and execute automated test scenarios; CI/CD integration.
• Track quality metrics and report status to teams.
