Qualifications

• 8+ years of hands-on QA/Quality Engineering experience.
• Experience with end-to-end retail workflows and retail digital operations.
• Manual and automation testing experience.
• Proficiency with automation frameworks: Selenium, Cypress, Appium.
• REST API and backend testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Experience testing mobile and web applications.
• Localization or internationalization testing across regions/languages.
• Knowledge of regression testing, defect management, and release validation.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments and SDLC processes.
• CI/CD pipelines and automated test execution.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end testing of retail digital applications across web, mobile, and backend systems.
• Design, develop, and execute manual and automated test cases.
• Validate REST APIs, backend services, integrations, and data flows.
• Develop and maintain automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and release validation testing.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects through resolution.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and support deployment readiness.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and distributed teams in an Agile environment.
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and other SDLC activities.
