Job summary

Hudl is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer to join the North American Sports product team. You will own quality end-to-end and build risk-based testing and automation that ships reliable software for coaches and analysts.

You’ll drive quality discussions and push for high standards across the squad. You’ll test UI, APIs, back-end services, and data pipelines, while mentoring teammates and collaborating with Engineering, Product, and Design.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of software testing across API, backend, and frontend.
• Hands-on with full-stack testing and automation.
• Experience leading testing initiatives.
• Able to design risk-based test strategies.
• Proficient in Python or TypeScript.

Responsibilities

• Lead quality initiatives and drive quality discussions in ceremonies.
• Test across UI, APIs, backend, and data pipelines.
• Automate checks using Playwright and scripting.
• Mentor teammates and raise quality standards.
