Job summary

Banda Group International (BGI) is seeking a seasoned Quality Assurance Engineer to lead inspections, analyze issues, and drive corrective actions ensuring project standards compliance. You will develop procedures, track nonconformances, and coordinate with field teams to uphold high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidate brings 12+ years of QA experience, strong regulatory knowledge, and the ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications while maintaining safety and quality performance

Qualifications

• BS or MS degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum 12 years of related experience.
• Experience developing, implementing, and evaluating quality programs, processes, procedures, and standards.
• Ability to address complex, high-impact quality issues requiring advanced analysis and independent judgment.
• Advanced knowledge of quality regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Strong ability to interpret blueprints, drawings, schematics, and technical documents.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections and assess issues.
• Develop and maintain inspection procedures, reports, and checklists.
• Coordinate nonconformance reports through resolution.
• Monitor field activities and ensure alignment with plans and QC requirements.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Report unsafe conditions or incidents and participate in training.
