Job summary

MarketOnce is hiring a Senior QA Engineer to build and lead QA across our software products. You will own quality throughout the delivery lifecycle and mentor a junior QA engineer as we grow the function. The role emphasizes hands-on manual and automated testing and evolving our test tooling.

You'll shape testing strategies, implement automated suites with TestNG, and integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines to accelerate releases. Strong collaboration with developers and product teams is essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software quality assurance, incl. 3+ years in test automation.
• Hands-on TestNG design and maintenance of automated tests.
• Experience with UI automation and API testing in a Microsoft‑centric stack.

Responsibilities

• Own quality across the full software delivery lifecycle from requirements to release.
• Design and implement comprehensive test strategies for new features and existing apps.
• Develop and maintain automated tests with TestNG; update tests as the app evolves.
• Create and execute manual and automated test plans, cases, and regressions.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and API testing.
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and product owners on acceptance criteria.
• Identify, document, and track defects; work with the team to root cause issues.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for faster releases.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and share testing best practices.
• Establish QA standards and processes across the team.
