Job summary

automotiveMastermind in New York is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to lead quality initiatives and drive software excellence across our automotive platforms. This senior role collaborates with product, engineering, and business teams to evaluate designs, specs, and code, ensuring solutions meet functional and non-functional requirements in a mobility domain.

Qualifications

Minimum 7 years of Quality Engineering experience.
Proficient in front-end UI testing and API validation.
Experience with REST API design and Python-based testing.
Strong expertise in performance, stress, and throughput testing.
Experience with relational and non-relational databases and cloud data warehouses.
Solid knowledge of cloud technologies, preferably Google Cloud Platform.
Experience with Agile methodologies and Jira/Azure DevOps.

Responsibilities

Lead quality initiatives across engineering, product, and business stakeholders.
Design and execute end-to-end verification test plans for complex deployments.
Own regression test suites across large-scale data pipelines.
Develop and implement test automation strategies for multiple teams.
Mentor QA standards and drive continuous improvement.
