Job summary

Filevine is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer with 5+ years of experience to analyze requirements, plan and execute manual testing, troubleshoot bugs, and collaborate with QA engineers to expand automated test coverage. You will understand user stories, create test cases and test scenarios, and develop structured test plans.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Strong understanding of SDLC processes and methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of bug tracking software preferred.
• Knowledge of Test Management Tools such as Azure Test Plans, Test Rail, or other similar products.

Responsibilities

• Analyze requirements, plan and execute manual testing.
• Create structured test plans and test approaches.
• Write clear, detailed, and reusable defect reports; reproduce bugs.
• Verify and close bug tickets; prioritize test cases.
• Increase automation coverage in line with business priorities and risks.
• Conduct exploratory testing to assess robustness and functionality.
