Mirantis is seeking a Senior QA Architect to lead testing strategy for Kubernetes and cloud-native platforms. You will design scalable test frameworks, drive automation integrated with CI/CD pipelines, and oversee distributed-system validation across multi-cluster environments.

You will mentor QA engineers, champion quality gates, and influence architecture decisions with testing in mind, ensuring production readiness and reliability across on-prem and cloud deployments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• 10+ years in software testing or quality engineering roles, with 4+ years focused on Kubernetes and cloud-native environments.
• Proven leadership in building and scaling test strategies in enterprise-grade environments.

Responsibilities

• Drive QA strategy for Kubernetes and cloud-native environments aligned with release deadlines.
• Architect test frameworks for multi-cluster, hybrid-cloud environments.
• Lead automation development integrated with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, etc.).
• Mentor engineers in advanced testing techniques and supervision.
