The position requires a strong engineering background with 12+ years of relevant experience; U.S. citizenship and ability to obtain a government clearance are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering and 12+ years of relevant experience; additional, relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
• U.S. citizenship due to the federal nature of the work.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a government issued clearance, if needed.

Responsibilities

• Guides the development, implementation, and evaluation of processes contributing to the quality program.
• Develops advanced concepts, techniques, and standards based on professional principles.
• Works on unusually significant, unique, or complex issues.
• Provides solutions that require evaluation of intangibles and cross-group coordination.
• Interacts with internal and external resources to achieve long-range targets.
