Job summary

You will lead the development and evaluation of QA processes, ensure compliance with security and safety requirements, and mentor junior staff.

The role requires 12+ years of relevant experience, U.S. citizenship, and the ability to obtain and maintain a DOE Q clearance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, Industrial Systems Engineering, or a related field.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required due to federal contract security.
  • DOE Q security clearance eligibility and ability to obtain/maintain clearance.
  • Health & Safety training, medical monitoring, and client-driven background checks.

Responsibilities

  • Guides development, implementation, and evaluation of QA processes and procedures.
  • Establishes objectives and principles; applies advanced concepts and standards.
  • Acts as an expert on significant, complex issues affecting quality programs.
  • Creates networks and coordinates with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Works under consultative direction toward long-range targets; self-initiated when needed.
