Circadia Health is seeking a Senior QA Engineer in El Segundo, CA to scale the quality discipline as the Circadia Intelligence Platform grows across post-acute care networks. You will design test strategy, expand automation, and generate verification evidence for regulatory work, including DHF and FDA submissions.

You will own test strategy, exhaustive test design for HL7/FHIR integrations, and automated regression suites in Python, integrated into CI/CD to ensure release readiness and robust

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software QA, SDET, or test engineering with ownership of quality for at least one production system.
• Formal test plans and systematic, exhaustive test cases including boundary and risk-based testing.
• Experience producing detailed test reports and V&V documentation in regulated environments (FDA/ISO).
• Strong Python scripting and automation with PyTest, API/UI testing, and CI/CD integration.
• Experience testing integrations with third-party systems and validating data across databases.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Test strategy and planning for new features, releases, and deployments across environments.
• Design exhaustive test cases covering platform behavior, HL7 v2, FHIR, and EHR integrations.
• Produce compliance-grade reports and traceability matrices for DHF and audits.
• Build and maintain automated regression, API, and UI test suites in Python.
• Own regression signals, triage flaky tests, and ensure release readiness.
• Promote quality culture and testability across the engineering org.
