Job summary

Outreach is seeking a test automation professional to own QA for large-scale distributed systems and GenAI applications. You will design strategies, validate APIs, databases, and microservices, and collaborate across engineering, data science, and product teams.

You will work hands-on with Cypress, WebDriverIO, or Protractor, integrate tests into CircleCI/Jenkins/Azure DevOps, and bring Python and cloud experience (AWS/Azure/GCP) to drive quality across SaaS deployments.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in software development or test automation.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, SDLC, and Agile.
• Proficient in Python; experience testing enterprise SaaS, cloud platforms, and containerized environments.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Development, Product, and Security to ensure quality across automation, tooling, and telemetry.
