Iscale Solutions is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to architect and implement a scalable automation framework for a real-world machine learning platform. You will drive automated tests across UI, API, and mobile layers, ensuring performance KPIs are met and high product quality through robust regression testing.

You will lead and collaborate with the team, shaping AI-assisted QA workflows and the future of AI-native quality engineering, while engineers provide judgment and release confidence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Software Testing and Quality Engineering, focused on code-driven UI, API, and mobile automation.
• Strong programming chops in modern OOP/functional languages to build robust automation from scratch.
• Architectural mindset for scalable test frameworks and reusable components.
• Deep data & API validation across REST APIs and databases.

Responsible for independently and cooperatively understanding business requirements.

Architecting, designing and implementing a reliable and scalable automation framework for a real-world machine learning platform.

Automating tests to assure functional requirements and performance KPIs are met.

Ensuring high product quality through rigorous functional and API level tests

Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs

Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Providing technical and group leadership to fellow team members

Collaborate on the design and implementation of AI/ML-driven enhancements to QA workflows and automation strategies

Build and shape AI‑powered QA systems: Work on AI‑augmented quality engineering where intelligent systems assist with test generation, prioritization, and analysis—while engineers provide judgment, validation, and quality leadership.

Move QA from execution to intelligence: Be part of an organization evolving toward AI‑native quality engineering , where repetitive testing is increasingly automated and senior engineers focus on risk, system behavior, and release confidence.

Requirements

Education & Core Experience

B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.

5+ years in Software Testing and Quality Engineering, heavily focused on code-driven UI, API, and Mobile automation.

Full-stack testing expertise, seamlessly validating both frontend web applications and complex backend systems.

Strong programming chops in modern OOP or functional languages (e.g., Python, TypeScript, Java, C#) to build robust automation from scratch.

Architectural mindset for designing scalable test frameworks (like Page Object Model) and developing reusable, custom programmatic components.

Deep data & API validation, automating complex checks across REST APIs and deep database integrations (SQL or NoSQL).

CI/CD & version control mastery, expertly navigating advanced Git workflows and integrating code-driven test suites directly into deployment pipelines.

Performance testing experience using programmatic frameworks to validate system latency and scalability under load.

Core Mobile & SDK Validation: Proven experience testing mobile web applications and SDK integrations, utilizing industry-standard IDEs like Android Studio and Xcode for build deployment, log analysis, and platform-specific debugging.

AI & Future-Forward Tech
