Job summary

Software Resources is seeking a Senior Quality Assurance Engineer for a fintech division, with 7+ years of QA experience and automation using Playwright and TypeScript. The role supports on-site work in Columbus, OH or Portland, OR with 4 days on-site and Fridays remote.

You will design and execute manual and automated tests, integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions), and collaborate across engineering and analysis teams to ensure software quality and security.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of QA engineering experience with automated and manual testing.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field required.
• Strong automation skills using Playwright and TypeScript.
• Experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps/Jenkins/GitHub Actions).

Responsibilities

• Lead manual and automated testing across web apps, APIs, and data migrations.
• Design, implement, and maintain automation scripts and frameworks.
• Report quality metrics and drive improvements across sprints.
• Coordinate with developers and analysts to resolve defects and improve quality.
• Ensure security considerations are integrated into test plans and designs.
