Job summary

Fiserv is seeking a Technical Quality Assurance professional to support QA for electronic billing, payment and banking products. You will collaborate with product, development, BA and QA teams to validate functionality and improve automated coverage for reliable releases.

Qualifications

• 4+ years in software quality assurance testing for web/fintech products.
• 4+ years creating test plans, cases, and scenarios from requirements.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans, use cases and test scenarios from requirements.
• Execute manual and automated tests for new features and changes.
• Build and maintain automated test scripts using C# .NET.
• Write and run SQL queries to validate data and troubleshoot defects.
• Document, report and track defects through resolution.
• Evaluate and update automation framework for better coverage and efficiency.
• Collaborate with teams across India and the US to support releases.
