Qualifications

• Strong experience writing test automation or QA tools.
• Ability to read code or scripts in multiple languages (C++/C#/Python).
• Experience developing test plans and risk mitigation strategies.
• Ability to mentor junior QA staff and lead QA initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted testing tools.
