Job summary

IntraFi LLC is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Sweep Team. You will collaborate with engineers, product owners, and stakeholders to ensure quality across our software products through manual and automated testing in an Agile setup.

You will lead automation efforts, write test plans and acceptance criteria, and work with offshore teams to ensure timely delivery. A strong QA background and communication skills are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Agile environments with QA leadership.
• Proven QA expertise across automation and manual testing.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical abilities with attention to detail.
• Experience with AI tools to optimize workflows and productivity.
• Excellent communication and documentation skills.
• Experience with CI/CD and Atlassian tools (JIRA, Bitbucket, Confluence).

Responsibilities

• Ensure product excellence by developing and executing test plans.
• Drive quality through the Agile development cycle and acceptance criteria.
• Develop and maintain automated tests to improve efficiency.
• Conduct exploratory and manual testing to find edge cases.
• Identify functional edge cases and test data integrity with SQL.
• Collaborate with offshore QA teams to ensure timely test execution.
• Test across APIs, encryption, file management, queues, and databases.
• Lead automation initiatives and reduce manual testing effort.
• Participate in on‑call rotation to support live systems.
• Maintain customer‑first focus on performance, UX, and security.
