Job summary

Inspira Financial is seeking a Sr. Quality Engineer to lead a QA team and drive automated testing across SaaS and on‑premises products.

You will define testing strategies, implement frameworks, and ensure high-quality releases while collaborating with development, product, and support teams. You will mentor QA engineers, improve testing coverage, and manage metrics to continuously elevate product quality in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Lead QA strategy and framework development for SaaS and On‑Premises products.
• Define QA processes, methods, and standards across teams.
• Ensure testing coverage with automation and metrics.

Responsibilities

• Direct the development of the QA strategy, methodology, discipline, and framework.
• Provide technical expertise in Test Automation, Testing Methodologies, Tools and Techniques.
• Lead and direct the QA team and mentor staff.
• Monitor QA activities, results, defects, and root cause analyses.
• Design and produce high quality automated test cases within a defined framework.
• Translate manual regression tests into automated tests and maintain the suite.
