TTEC Digital is hiring a Sr. QA/SDET Engineer to join our fully remote team. You will own automation across voice, desktop, intelligence, and AI workloads, driving fast, weekly deploys with automated regression and rapid feedback loops.

You are a self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment, leverages AI-assisted testing where appropriate, and partners with developers to resolve issues quickly while maintaining high-quality software delivery.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SDET experience with automation focus.
• Writes real automation code in Go and Python.
• Automation-first mindset with CI/CD integration.
• Experience testing event-driven systems and WebSocket flows.
• Strong debugging and root-cause analysis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop automated test suites for a platform combining voice, desktop, intelligence and AI.
• Maintain fast, parallelized regression suites for weekly deploys.
• Rapid detection and reporting of defects and quality signals.
• Collaborate with devs to isolate issues quickly and efficiently.
• Contribute to load/stress testing and performance validation.
