Zipdev LLC is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to ensure quality, reliability, security, and compliance of a cloud-based dental practice management platform built with Ruby on Rails and React. The role emphasizes manual and automated testing, expanding test coverage, and leveraging AI tools to boost QA efficiency.

You will work with developers to identify issues early, strengthen regression testing, and maintain QA documentation while ensuring patient data privacy in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

• Hands‑on experience in manual and automated testing across web apps and APIs.
• Experience designing, executing, and maintaining automated test suites.
• Strong understanding of functional, regression, integration, API, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated quality gates.
• Ability to investigate behavior, reproduce defects, and document clear bug reports.

Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests for web apps, APIs, and integrations.
• Build and maintain automated test suites using Ranorex, Mabl, Selenium, or similar frameworks.
• Perform API testing using Postman to validate endpoints and behavior.
• Conduct functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end‑to‑end testing.
• Collaborate with developers to improve test coverage and prevent regressions.
• Validate critical workflows such as scheduling, authentication, and provider workflows.
