Job summary

Triwill Group is seeking an experienced Software QA & Testing Engineer to ensure high-quality software through robust manual and automated testing. You will lead testing efforts, optimize performance, and verify scalability under load, with a focus on AI-powered testing methodologies for proactive issue detection.

You will implement AI-enhanced testing, develop comprehensive test plans, and integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in Software QA with a track record of delivering high-quality software.
• Hands-on experience with manual and automated testing of workflows and UI components.
• Proficiency with key automation testing frameworks (Selenium, TestNG, Playwright, Cypress).
• Demonstrated expertise in cross-browser testing tools (BrowserStack, LambdaTest, Sauce Labs).
• Knowledge of performance and stress testing tools (JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling).
• Experience with API testing tools (Postman, Rest Assured, Karate).
• Proficiency with test management tools (Jira, TestRail) and Git.
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Azure Pipelines).

Responsibilities

• Test Planning & Strategy: define objectives with stakeholders and document test plans and exit criteria.
• Manual Testing: perform detailed testing on new features, regression cases, and edge cases.
• Automation Testing: design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for web/mobile apps using Selenium, Cypress, Playwright.
• Cross-browser & Device Testing: validate compatibility across browsers and devices using BrowserStack, Lambdatest, etc.
• Performance Testing: design and execute load/stress tests with JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling.
• AI-Driven Testing: utilize AI-powered test case generation and visual testing tools.
• Defect Reporting & Debugging: track bugs in Jira/Azure DevOps and collaborate with dev teams.
• Documentation & Reporting: maintain test plans and execution reports.
