Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in software quality engineering, test automation, or related ownership.
• Clear point of view on testing and willingness to set standards.
• Routine use of AI-assisted development with verification.
• Experience building automated test suites and CI/CD release gates.
• Experience owning a test plan through review and acceptance.
• Habit of testing against requirements, not just implementation.
• Experience with performance and load testing and sampling design.
• Willingness to report results independently, even if unfavorable.
• Ability to gate work and earn credibility with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Own QA for an AI-enabled decision-support system, including test plan and automated coverage.
• Translate product acceptance criteria into executable tests and verify delivery against specs.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and platform to ensure meaningful test evidence.
• Build automated test suites and integrate them into the CI/CD pipeline as gates.
• Plan and coordinate user acceptance testing with customers and track findings.
• Produce evidence and maintain test environment parity with production.
