About Our Team

Cross River’s Business Banking and Lending team comprises problem solvers eager to develop and refine new products and systems. We work remotely across most US time zones, maintaining strong communication and camaraderie through tools like Slack, GitHub, JIRA, and Zoom.

What We're Looking For

We seek a Senior QA Engineer for the COS team. The role involves developing test cases, automating tests, and performing testing on services and applications within the COS platform. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, experienced in testing reliable, scalable, and instrumented services, and enjoys mentoring teammates and collaborating with users.

Responsibilities

1. Partner with internal and external teams to automate and perform testing on various services and applications.
2. Develop test automation across key business domains.
3. Plan, prioritize, and manage work across multiple streams.
4. Mentor teammates and share knowledge.
5. Contribute to a quality-focused team culture.

Qualifications

1. 6+ years in quality assurance and test automation.
2. Proficiency in C#; Specflow preferred.
3. 3+ years experience with SQL.
4. 3+ years experience testing RESTful APIs.
5. Strong communication skills.
6. Experience in banking, finance, crypto, or fintech is a plus but not required.

Salary Range: $120,000 - $150,000
