Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in related field and 8+ years in automotive QA.
Experience with ISO/IATF and internal quality systems.
Knowledge of measuring instruments and complex drawings.
Diverse knowledge of inspection methods, techniques, and documentation.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong written and oral communication skills.
Ability to multi-task and set priorities.
Supervision experience.
Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; some Access preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop, promote, maintain and execute QA system; administer Corrective Action System.
Represent customer requirements internally.
Lead problem-solving analyses and implement effective corrective actions.
Develop and implement quality production programs for purchased materials and final products.
Plan audits with internal, customer, and agency entities; address non-conformances.
Interface with supplier and customer quality representatives to resolve quality issues.
