Job summary

Leidos in Chantilly, VA seeks a Quality and Configuration Manager to support the GEOAxIS Next program. You will lead QA and configuration management practices across the software life cycle, implement standards, run inspections, audits, and CM processes for releases, and ensure TPB and RMF alignment.

The role emphasizes continuous improvement, metrics, and collaboration with PM, QEC, and development teams to mitigate risks and sustain performance.

Qualifications

BS degree with 8 years of relevant experience or MS degree with 6 years of relevant experience.
Experience implementing quality management, product and execution inspections, and performance monitoring within Agile teams.
Experience configuring build automation tools (Jenkins, Gitlab CI, CircleCI) for DevOps practices and managing software configurations and licenses.

Responsibilities

Lead QA & CM inspections and audits to assess product integrity and risk.
Identify and monitor metrics-based data collection and analysis.
Develop, implement, and maintain QA and CM plans, procedures, and CM processes for software releases.
Define standards and procedures for inspecting and evaluating product performance with measurement data.
Coordinate with PM, QEC, and development teams to identify and address delivery risks.
