Job summary

ASM Research seeks an experienced Senior QA professional to drive a complex QA program across products and services. You will define testing standards, create test plans, and oversee strategies for large programs, including automated scripts and CMMI audits.

The role requires collaboration with business, product, and development teams, and leadership in test planning, execution, and defect management within an SDLC framework.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field; Master’s preferred.
• Certified Tester – Advanced Level desirable.
• 8–15 years of professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users, and organizations to create test plans and scripts.
• Experience configuring hardware and operating environments as needed.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business, product, and development teams through SDLC and perform testing across requirements, specs, and integration.
• Develop master test plans, testing strategies, and schedules for multiple projects.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Lead test case reviews, design reviews, and change control activities.
• Document and report defects; supervise junior staff in defect review and resolution.
