Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
• 8–15 years of professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.
• Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.
• Experience configuring hardware and operating environments as needed to complete testing.
• Experience in writing or assisting in the development of test plans and test procedures.

Responsibilities

• Lead QA across the SDLC with business, product, and development teams.
• Create and implement master test plans, testing strategy, and schedules.
• Write, maintain, and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
• Analyze complex requirements and design test cases and diagnostics.
• Track results to ensure systems are defect-free and compliant with standards.
