Job summary

ASM Research is seeking a senior QA lead to implement a comprehensive QA program across large products and services. You will establish quality standards for the life cycle, develop test plans and scripts, and define testing strategies for complex programs.

You will partner with business, product, and development teams to drive requirements, design reviews, and testability improvements. You will lead master test planning, execute automated tests when applicable, and track results to ensure

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related field; Master's preferred.
Certified Tester — Advanced Level (TTA, TA, and/or TM) desired
8-15 years professional software testing experience including test automation and/or infrastructure development, test planning, test case design, test methodologies.
Experience collaborating with developers, end users and organizations to create test plans and test scripts.
Experience with configuring necessary hardware and operating environments for testing.
Experience in writing or assisting in the development of test plans and test procedures.

Responsibilities

Lead QA across the SDLC, including requirements, design, integration, and regression testing.
Develop and maintain master test plans, strategies, and schedules.
Create and execute automated test scripts where applicable.
Coordinate QA reviews, inspections, and defect resolution with junior staff.
Ensure QA standardization across the company and provide QA training recommendations.
