Job summary

Trantor is seeking a Senior Salesforce QA Engineer to test Salesforce apps, ensure quality, and provide feedback on functionality, security, and performance. You will collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders to identify improvements, document defects, and ensure successful project delivery.

Responsibilities include test planning, functional, integration, regression, usability, performance, and security testing, plus automation using Playwright with TypeScript.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years in software quality assurance with at least 1 year testing Salesforce apps.
• Experience with Salesforce applications and customization.
• Strong knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies.
• Proficient in writing test cases, executing plans, and logging defects.
• Familiarity with Apex testing, Salesforce configuration, workflows, and rules.
• Hands-on with Jira, TestRail, or similar tools.
• Knowledge of Salesforce security practices and best practices.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Experience with Playwright (Must) with TS/JS or similar automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop test plans and cases for Salesforce applications.
• Perform functional, integration, regression, and usability testing.
• Validate data flows and interfaces between platforms.
• Log, track, and verify defects in Jira or similar tool.
• Execute performance and security tests on Salesforce apps.
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and stakeholders.
• Document QA processes and test results for audits.
• Support release management by testing new features before production.
• Design and implement automated tests using Playwright/TS.
