Job summary

EverCommerce seeks a Senior QA Automation Engineer for EverHealth platforms with deep expertise in Medical Billing Systems and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM). You will architect a modern testing ecosystem using Playwright (TypeScript) and integrate AI to validate claim lifecycles and financial reconciliation.

The role supports a distributed US team, with remote work allowed and potential travel to Denver HQ. Strong leadership and data validation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in a professional QA Automation role, specifically within healthcare or fintech sectors.
• Leadership: track record of owning quality for a product vertical and mentoring peers on automation.
• Strong problem-solving: deconstruct complex financial business logic into automated verification points.
• Education: BS/MS in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Billing Validation: Architect automated test suites covering the full billing lifecycle: patient eligibility, claim scrubbing, ERA, and payment posting.
• Modern Framework Architecture: Design and maintain a high-performance automation framework from the ground up using Playwright (TypeScript).
• AI Strategy & Implementation: Lead integration of Agentic AI workflows to automate test case generation and self-healing scripts.
• RCM Data Integrity: Ensure 100% accuracy of financial data flow between UI, APIs, and databases with SQL and API testing.
• Continuous Innovation: Move testing toward autonomous, AI-augmented workflows to increase deployment velocity.
