Job summary

EverCommerce is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer focused on EverHealth platforms, with deep experience in Medical Billing Systems and Revenue Cycle Management (RCM).

You will architect a modern testing ecosystem using Playwright in TypeScript, and drive AI-enabled validation of claim lifecycles, ERA, and data integrity across frontend, backend, and database layers.

Remote role within the United States, offering leadership in automation and a path to shape the next generation QA platform.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of professional QA Automation, healthcare or fintech focus.
• Leadership with ownership of quality and mentoring peers.
• Ability to deconstruct complex financial business logic into automated verifications.
• BS/MS in Computer Science, Health Informatics, or related field.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Billing Validation covering eligibility, scrubbing, ERA, and payment posting.
• Design and maintain a high-performance automation framework using Playwright (TypeScript).
• Lead AI strategy to generate test cases, self-healing scripts, and payer-specific rejection scenarios.
• Ensure data integrity across UI, APIs, and databases with SQL and API testing.
• Drive autonomous, AI-augmented QA processes to accelerate deployments.
