As a Sr. Software QA Engineer in Shakopee, MN, you will design and execute automated tests across UI, APIs and enterprise workflows, collaborating with product teams to raise test coverage and performance while using AI-assisted tooling

Qualifications

• 6+ years of QA, IT infra or support experience.
• 3+ years building automated tests with RestAssured, Selenium or Playwright.
• Programming: JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, PowerShell and/or C#.
• Experience using AI-assisted coding tools for test automation and reviews.
• Familiar with Agile/Scrum and QA roles in development.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Author automated test cases with Playwright, Selenium and API testing tools.
• End-to-end automated deployment, setup and system testing across products.
• Set up cloud and on‑prem environments to verify scenarios (LDAP, DB, network).
• DevOps tasks to automate environment creation and deployment.
• Execute end-to-end, performance and load testing.
• Create test-cycle metrics; identify bottlenecks and improvements.
• Collaborate with project teams for status updates on issues and enhancements.
• Use approved AI tools to accelerate test creation and reporting.
• Create reusable automation workflows linking requirements, Jira/Azure DevOps, tests and logs.
• Validate AI outputs for correctness, privacy, security, and alignment with product behavior.
• Improve automated coverage and reduce manual effort across releases.
• Document how AI-driven outputs were reviewed and incorporated.
