Job summary
ManpowerGroup is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead hands-on automation efforts in Grand Rapids, MI onsite. You will design and maintain robust automated test frameworks with Robot Framework and Python, review code to improve testability, and drive root-cause analysis across test and production environments in an Agile setting.

Qualifications
- 5–6 years of experience as an Agile Automation Functional Tester with hands-on automation.
- Proficiency with Robot Framework and Python, including building and maintaining automation suites.
- Experience in API testing and validating Cosmos DB and SQL Server databases.
- Experience with Azure DevOps and CI/CD concepts.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks and scripts.
- Review application code to improve testability and maintainability of automated testing.
- Analyze, debug, and identify root causes across test and production environments.
- Collaborate with Developers, Product Managers, and DevOps in Agile workflow.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
