Job summary

ManpowerGroup, the parent company of Experis, is seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer to lead automated testing initiatives in Grand Rapids, MI onsite. The role emphasizes building robust frameworks, API and database testing, and collaboration across Agile teams.

The candidate will design automation suites, analyze failures, and contribute to continuous quality improvements in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience as an Agile Automation Functional Tester with strong hands-on automation.
• Proficiency with Robot Framework and Python, including building and maintaining automation suites.
• Extensive experience in API testing and validation, including working with Microsoft Azure services and Cosmos DB.
• Proven expertise in database testing using SQL Server.
• Strong test management experience using Azure DevOps (ADO), plus familiarity with CI/CD concepts and tools.

Responsibilities

As a Senior QA Automation Engineer, you’ll help ensure high-quality software through strong automation, reliable test frameworks, and clear collaboration across Agile teams. Our client is seeking a hands-on automation leader who can design and maintain robust test solutions, validate APIs and databases, and drive issue root‑cause analysis across test and production environments.

Note: Any Visa is fine as long as ready to work on W2. Must have 7+ Years of experience.
