Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java) (Remote - Anywhere)

We are currently seeking a Senior QA Automation Engineer (Java) to join our team remotely from anywhere. In this role, you will ensure the quality of complex systems through automation testing. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and execute automated tests, maintain frameworks, and contribute to release preparations, regression testing, and QA process improvements. Your expertise in Java and automation tools will be vital in driving continuous improvement and maintaining high product standards in the iGaming industry.

Accountabilities:

1. Analyze and document product features and business requirements to ensure quality standards are met.
2. Develop, maintain, and execute automated tests across all system levels, including backend and integration testing.
3. Support cross-functional teams during testing phases, including release preparation, re-testing, regression testing, and post-deploy support.
4. Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes by suggesting and implementing enhancements.
5. Perform root cause analysis of failed tests, report issues, and implement corrective actions to ensure quality.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in test automation using Java 11 or higher.
• Strong knowledge of RestAssured, TestNG, HTTP, REST, SOAP, JSON, and XML.
• Understanding of microservices architecture and backend application testing.
• Experience with integration testing and troubleshooting automation issues.
• Strong communication skills focused on investigation and reporting.
• Intermediate+ English proficiency.
• Bonus: Experience with tools such as Kibana, Rancher, GitLab CI/CD, ElasticSearch, and performance testing.
