Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 5+ years of experience designing, developing, and maintaining test automation solutions.
• Strong experience with test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium).
• Proficiency in programming languages used for automation (Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, Python).
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Solid understanding of SDLC and test strategies.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks for functional, regression, integration, and performance testing.
• Create and execute automated test suites for web, mobile, and OTT applications.
• Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable test execution.
• Analyze test failures, identify root causes, and work with developers to resolve defects.
• Review requirements and designs to provide feedback on testability and automation feasibility.
• Maintain and enhance existing test automation for scalability and maintainability.
• Establish automation best practices, standards, and documentation.
• Collaborate with manual QA, developers, DevOps, and product teams to improve coverage and release confidence.
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new automation tools and technologies.
