Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of Quality Assurance experience.
• Experience designing and implementing automated testing solutions.
• Experience in CI/CD environments.
• Strong understanding of testing methodologies and QA principles.
• Experience with TDD and clean code practices.
• Excellent communication and collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Review requirements, specifications, and technical documentation to provide feedback.
• Create detailed test plans and test cases.
• Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
• Validate functionality against requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with QA, developers, stakeholders, and business partners.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and team meetings.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects.
• Perform regression testing to ensure stability after fixes.
• Develop and improve testing processes and quality standards.
• Define and understand system requirements with cross-functional teams.
• Monitor testing and communicate results effectively.
• Investigate issues and determine root causes.
