ClassWallet is seeking a QA Automation Engineer to join our team in the United States. This role blends strong manual testing with automation to ensure fast, reliable software delivery.

You will help build testing practices, work with product managers and developers, and embed quality into the SDLC. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of QA experience, proficiency with Playwright or Selenium, and experience integrating tests into CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software QA experience with emphasis on automation.
• Experience performing both manual and automated testing.
• Proficiency with Playwright or Selenium.
• Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-level manual exploratory testing while building automated test scripts.
• Develop and maintain automated test suites using Playwright or Selenium.
• Participate in agile ceremonies and advocate for quality.
• Clarify acceptance criteria with engineers and product managers.
• Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases.
• Analyze results, file defects, and drive root-cause investigations.
• Champion shift-left testing and continuous quality improvements.
