Job summary

Softcom Systems Inc. is seeking an experienced QA/Software Testing professional with 7–15 years of hands-on experience.

The role emphasizes both manual and automated testing across functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing. Ideal candidates contribute to API testing, utilize tools like Postman, Selenium, Playwright, and Robot Framework, and actively participate in CI/CD and Agile/DevOps processes.

Qualifications

• 7–15 years of QA/Software Testing experience.
• Strong experience in Manual & Automation Testing.
• Experience with Functional, Regression, Integration, and E2E Testing.
• Strong experience with Robot Framework, Playwright, or Selenium.
• Experience with API Testing using Postman, REST Assured, or SoapUI.
• Experience with Git/GitHub.
• Experience with Jira or TestRail.
• Experience with Jenkins and/or Maven.
• Experience integrating automation with CI/CD pipelines.
• Good understanding of Agile/DevOps.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work with developers, business analysts, product owners, and business teams.
• Ability to quickly learn new applications and technologies.
• Good to Have: JMeter or LoadRunner, Microservices / Kafka, Security or Accessibility Testing, Transportation, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Railroad experience.
