Job summary

Coalizao is seeking a QA Automation Engineer with 2-4 years of software testing and automation experience. You will design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and execute functional, regression, and integration tests in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• 2-4 years of QA/Software Testing experience.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Good programming knowledge in Java, Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.
• Experience with API testing using Postman or REST Assured.
• Basic to good knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Understanding of SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, and Agile/Scrum.
• Experience with Git/GitHub/GitLab.
• Familiarity with Jenkins or CI/CD pipelines preferred.
• Experience with Jira, Azure DevOps, TestRail, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts.
• Perform functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end testing.
• Work with automation tools such as Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Perform API testing using Postman, REST Assured, or similar tools.
• Identify, document, track, and verify defects using Jira or similar tools.
• Develop and maintain reusable automation scripts and test frameworks.
• Execute automated and manual test cases and analyze test results.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other QA engineers to resolve issues.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, sprint planning, and release activities.
• Maintain test documentation, reports, and automation results.
• Contribute to improving test coverage, automation efficiency, and overall product quality.
