Job summary

Terawatt Infrastructure seeks a senior QA automation specialist to own the test framework across UI, API, and hardware-in-the-loop surfaces. You will design CI/CD pipelines, containerized environments, and orchestrate testing that scales with a growing fleet of charging solutions.

You will lead automation initiatives, mentor engineers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure end-to-end product quality and reliability across Terawatt’s software-hardware ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/EE or related field.
• 7+ years in Quality Assurance delivering reliable products.
• 4+ years designing automation frameworks and building test automation tools.

Responsibilities

• Own and extend the test automation framework across UI, API, and hardware-in-the-loop surfaces.
• Build and maintain the CI/CD test infrastructure with containerized/test environments.
• Develop comprehensive test plans and identify test scenarios and data.
• Maintain test cases in the Test Management System and analyze results.
• Monitor production bugs to identify root causes and expand test coverage.
• Triage automation failures and improve the automation framework reliability.
• Design and execute performance, security, and UX testing as needed.
• Evaluate AI-assisted QA tooling to increase coverage while validating output.
• Provide technical leadership and mentorship on testing best practices.
• Collaborate with Developers, SREs, Product Managers, and Operations.
